No matter what is told to you to try and fix it will not work as this is something MS need to fix along with defrag and the ESENT warnings. The account problem is clearly tied to that worthless Shared Experiences located in System in Settings.
I am currently trying a work around with the account problem but I need a few more days to test it before I put it out here for others to try.
